Our sheeps are "latxa" breed and with their milk
we make the delicious cheese so much
appreciated by our guests and visitors.
On Easter, we can enjoy the lamb,
with the first potatoes of the year
served with young garlic
and spring peas...
...and for dessert the delicious junket.
